How Does It Work?

Vertical CNC machining – or Vertical Precision Milling – is a subtractive manufacturing process involving the use of rotary cutters to precisely remove material from a workpiece resulting in custom components. Unlike Horizontal CNC Machining, where the spindle is parallel to the work surface, vertical machining centers position the spindle vertically, allowing tools to extend straight down to machine the precision component.

High-Pressure Coolant Thru Spindle – Our Vertical CNC machines incorporate a high-pressure coolant thru spindle system to prolong tool life and minimize thermal distortion.
